
About the Chef
Chef Suman is a Bahraini-Canadian culinary virtuoso who is on a mission to educate and share Middle Eastern culture and food heritage. Chef Suman is the founder and driving force behind House of Khaleej, her primary culinary business, serving food and flavours rooted in the traditions of the Arabian Gulf. In addition to her industry work, Chef Suman works as an educator at Fanshawe and Humber Colleges, where she mentors the next generation of culinary and hospitality professionals. Through her international experience, global collaborations, culinary diplomacy, and involvement in leadership and investment initiatives, Chef Suman is uniquely positioned as a strategic partner for brands across multiple platforms.

To serve:
Spoon or swipe the saffron-parsnip purée onto each plate. Arrange the mahshi over the purée with some of the Ajvar sauce. Spoon the rapini schug around the vegetables and finish with a light dusting of loomi. Enjoy with pepper mabooch.
